The PEAC Museum is presenting its first solo exhibition by Polish artist Michał Budny (born 1976 in Leszno, Poland). Under the title *Randzone*, the artist explores the boundaries between the visible and the invisible, connection and separation, inside and outside. Budny’s creative process begins with the careful observation of relationships, situations, and emotions. Through his abstract, often large-scale objects, he lends these fleeting moments a material presence. The minimalist palette of colors and materials, as well as the geometric formal language of his works, draw on the traditions of Minimal Art and Constructivism. In contrast to these historical precursors, however, Budny infuses his works with a narrative dimension: they subtly evoke memories of the familiar, trigger individual associations, and invite a personal encounter.
